Better health leads to a better you. Our wellness center is available to all members for strength, cardio, endurance, flexibility and agility training. Additional training classes, like equipment instruction and developing a proper workout routine, are also available to help you get the most out of your workout.
Keep your kids active after school! The Siemon Center’s co-ed youth basketball, soccer, and flag football leagues are designed to help improve sports skills while emphasizing fun, sportsmanship, teamwork, and determined play. Players will be split up into four different teams. Competitive balance will be sought while creating each team.
A program for both children and adults that helps build self-esteem, confidence, discipline, and leadership skills through the International Karate-Do Shito-Ryu and fundamentals of self-defense.

Learn something new, improve your health, nutrition and more, or brush up on old skills with classes at the Siemon Family Community Center.
This course introduces students to basic structures and vocabulary of the English language through the skills of reading, writing, speaking, and listening. Students learn strategies in order to advance their reading, listening, and pronunciation skills. They expand oral comprehensibility and write complete sentences, a standard paragraph, and short content-based essays. They utilize level-appropriate conventions of grammar and punctuation with a minimum of errors.
Each student will learn the basics of photo/video editing within the windows editing systems. This includes shooting of their own material. The finished product will be used to create and form both a video and print news letter/broadcast for the Center.
Kids will explore the basics of cooking and baking.

Available August–June on days when school is in session.
The Siemon Center's free after school program is for members and nonmembers, and includes a healthy snack and organized homework help for youth in grades 1–7.
Students work on homework, projects or study skills while supervised by Siemon staff from 3–4pm. At 4pm, students who are Siemon Center Members have the option to sign out of the program and sign into the facility to utilize their member benefits. Non-members and youth who choose to remain in the program after 4pm will have the option of purchasing a day pass which will allow them to participate in a variety of supervised activities until 7PM. This program is not available when day camps are in session.
It is the mission of the Salvation Army Child Development Center to help each preschooler (2.9-5 year olds) to develop to his or her fullest potential. Professional staff will plan and monitor activities to help children develop emotionally, physically, socially, and cognitively. We encourage active learning through diverse organized play, nurturing interactions, and exploration in a safe, predictable environment just for young children.

• We provide nutritional meals and snacks in accordance with the California Department of Education–Child Care Food Program.

Immersing yourself or a child in the arts and in educational programming is a great way to lead a more fulfilling and enriching life. Classes in drawing, painting and more are available to help develop your talent and create a masterpiece.
The Siemon Center’s talented and dedicated staff has designed programs for dance students to explore all levels of their chosen disciplines through exercises in movement, strength, and rhythm.
Day Camps are jam packed with all the community center has to offer, including a variety of the following activities: gym games, art projects, cooking, field trips and more! Lunch and snacks are provided.
